Health is wealth.Nobody can prosper in life without having a good health.Physical Exercise  means the regular movement of the limbs of our body according to rules.Physical exercise helps a man to keep himself free from diseases.It is essential to keep our body fit and mind sound.A man of ill health with all his health never feels comfortable and happy.He finds no pleasure in life.We can not think of a sound mind without a sound health.Physical exercise makes our body active and the muscles strong.it also improves our power of digestion and blood circulation.It gives strength to our brain.Human body is a machine.It becomes inactive and weak for want to exercise.so, we should try to take care of our health....................................................................................................

It was a day o Ashar.It had been drizzling since morning that day.I was having  my meal when the sky became dark with dense clouds.I hastily finished my meal and got ready for seeing natural beauty.I had gone only a few steps when it began to pour.soon it began to rain in torrents.To a rich man,it is not an anxious day.he sits quietly by the window and listens to the patter of the rainfall.He finds a secret joy in having no work to do for the day.The poet has sung the blessing of a rainy day in the following lines:                               "How beautiful is the rain !                                                                                                                         After the dust and heat,                                         
                                        In the broad and fiery street.                                                                                                                         And in the narrow lane."

We all know that "Where there is life,there is hope".If there is no hope in life, life becomes dull and meaningless.in our life there are ups and downs.we face prob at every step.The world is full of misfortune.Many people wanna a good life.they want tension free life.If u want then u can choose for the great time pass doing gardening.Gardening has a great value as a good source of recreation.U can remove monotony and tiredness of  life.Farmers also do it.it can turn a foe into a friend,a disobedient person into an obedient one,an un relative into a relative etc.In fine,we can say that gardening is the crown and glory like the rose that spreads its fragrance all around.

Tension means mental,emotional, or nervous strain.Gardening may be your best recreation going out from tension.When u have tension then u go to garden and look after your  garden.you water the plants and remove the weeds around them.A person may suffer from tension for various reason.As a result his health deteriorates day by day.He lose his temper and balance.He cannot do anything.At present we find tension between nation.Garden is the best place for our recreation.because there's beauty and sweet smell of different flowers make you jolly.so no tension and do enjoy your life.In the real sense,Gardening is the root of all virtues.It helps to make a man popular,faithful and really great in society.

IT was winter vacation.I with some of my friends arranged a picnic.We selected my beautiful garden for the picnic spot.Because there was a big area for the picnic that's y i selected that place.our two friend has a reputation as an expert in cooking.I helped them in cooking.At about 2 pm the lunch with full appetite.Some were singing, some were cutting jokes,some were seeing my beautiful garden,and others were playing different types of games.After lunch we went out for sight visit nice garden.our Picnic was so enjoyable.I can't forget this memorable the Picnic.It was amazing exprience with my friends.We enjoyed the picnic most.

Hobby means one's favourite occupation.Gardening is my favourite hobby.I v a garden in front of my reading room.Whenever I get time,I work in it.I water the plants regularly.I also put a fence around my garden so that cattle or naughty children can not do any harm to my garden.In the morning my heart leaps up with joy to see my garden full of various flowers.They spread a sweet smell.The garden also looks very charming.I also grow various kinds of vegetables in one corner of my garden.The beauty and sweet smell of different flowers make me jolly.On holiday I work more in my garden.When my friends come to my home,I take them into my garden and show them various flowers.They become very glad to see my garden and thank me.It has improved my body and mind.Before making this garden I was a girl of ill health.I did not feel hungry.I lost my taste for food.Day by day I became weak!When I started the garden to have a sound health and my health,In fact improved.Everyday I work in the garden at least for two hours.As a result of it my blood runs well.My hobby beautifies my mind and enables me undergoing hard labour.I undergo gardening out of my love to flowers which are one of the beautiful creations of the world.For this, I like gardening very much.
